Dr. Agrawal, an ex-faculty member of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad  has more than 20 years of teaching, research & consultancy experience in the field of IT. She has published 20 research papers in refereed National and International journals and has authored best selling books under Wiley Publication. She has presented 30 papers in National and International Conferences. She was invited as Speaker in India e-Government Seminar 2005 organised by Times Group, IBM, SAP, Ariba in 2005. She was awarded Best Paper Award in the International Conference organized by University of  Maryland(ES), USA.

She has been actively associated with various consultancy assignments: Consultancy on “Inventory Assessment and  Management for the Custodian of Enemy Property”, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India; “Analysis of Systems and Rationalization of Manpower & Systems in Respect of Delhi Vidyut Board Employee’s Terminal Benefit Fund Trust” for Delhi Vidyut Board; “Change over to Computerized Accrual System of Accounting” for  Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Central University of India. She was also a member of NIFM’s consulting team to Royal Institute of  Management, Government of Bhutan.

She has organized International Conference in collaboration with University of Maryland(ES), USA and has conducted International programmes for University of Ljubljana, Europe; Asian Development Bank and programmes under TCS of Colombo Plan.  She was the faculty coordinator to facilitate MOU of NIFM with Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, UK;  Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah,  Malaysia, and was member of the delegation to facilitate MOU of NIFM with  Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines, Royal Institute of Public Administration, London. She is the Member of Advisory Board of “The Modern Technology and Management Institute, USA” and International Membership of “Network of Asia Pacific Schools and Institutes of Pacific Administration and Governance”.  She has a vast International exposure that includes USA, UK, Europe (Republic of Slovenia, Italy, Austria), Philippines and Sri Lanka.
